Named by the industry, not by a committee of one
Talent acquisition is being rewritten in real time, and the people doing the rewriting mostly do it without credit. The TA20 exists to fix that: each year we name the 20 talent leaders and recruiters in every industry we honor who are actually moving their function forward.
It's free, it takes about two minutes, and anyone can put a name in, a peer's or their own. Presented by Alex AI, the AI interviewer built for enterprise recruiting teams.

The process
Someone puts a name in
Nominate a peer you'd want running your own hiring, or nominate yourself. Both are reviewed exactly the same way. It takes about two minutes and it's free.
The judges review every nomination
Our judging panel reads all of them, weighing the work itself alongside how the nominee's peers are backing them on the public nominee list.
The class is announced
20 honorees per industry are notified directly and celebrated as the confirmed class — final once revealed.
How nominees are judged
Candidate experience
How people were treated during the process, not just the outcome.
Decision-making
Hiring calls grounded in real signal, not gut feel alone.
Inclusive reach
Pipelines that gave a fair shot to people who might otherwise be overlooked.
Who decides

Peer support is a signal to the judges, not the decision
Every nominee has a public page where anyone can back them with a vote. The judges see that support when they review, and it tells them who the industry is rallying behind, but it doesn't decide the class on its own.
